Analytics
I use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and links are useful. It records page views, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, referring site, and clicks on links such as "Book a Call". I do not send names, email addresses or form contents to Google Analytics, and I do not run advertising or build advertising profiles.
If you are in Europe (the EEA, UK or Switzerland), analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept on the banner. Elsewhere analytics runs by default and no banner is shown. Your choice is saved in your browser; clear this site's local storage to be asked again.
Google acts as a processor for this data. You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's Do Not Track and content-blocking settings.
Contact form and email
If you send a message through the contact form, it is handled by Formspree and delivered to my inbox. If you email me or book a call through Calendly, those services process your details under their own policies. I use what you send only to reply to you and to deliver the work you ask about, and I do not sell or share it for marketing.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated abuse. It may read device and browser signals under Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you (for example, messages you sent) by emailing hello@faisalalvi.com.
Changes
I will update this page and its date if these practices change.
