Ongoing Support

Managed WordPress & WooCommerce Care

For sites that can't afford to break. Weekly updates, tested on a staging copy before they ever touch production, with a transparent log of exactly what changed and why.

This isn't a plugin-clicks-itself-update service. It's the same process I run for an active retainer client today: a fresh staging environment every cycle, a regression pass through checkout and any gated content, and a written update every week, not just when something breaks.

Book a Care Plan Call

Not sure which fits? Say so on the call and I'll tell you honestly, based on your site's actual complexity, not which plan is bigger. Scope can always move between tiers later.

What happens after you book a call

  1. Book a free 20 to 30 minute call. No commitment, no card required to book.
  2. We talk through your site. Current stack, what's broken or fragile, how much traffic or revenue depends on it, and which tier actually fits, not which one I'd rather sell you.
  3. You get a written scope. What's included, which tier, monthly or yearly, and anything I noticed that needs a closer look before we start.
  4. Once you approve the scope, the first invoice goes out. Care plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on what you picked. Work begins once that first payment clears.
  5. Your first update cycle starts. You get a written summary within the first week, same format every cycle after that.

How a typical cycle works

  1. Every plugin, theme, and core update gets applied to a fresh staging copy first, never straight to your live site.
  2. I run a regression pass appropriate to your plan: homepage, shop, cart, checkout, and for Standard, account and anything gated or member-only, using a real test account where relevant.
  3. Anything that looks risky gets held back with a written reason, not silently skipped.
  4. Once staging checks out clean, the same updates go to production, and I verify there too.
  5. You get a short written summary of the cycle: what shipped, what was held, what to know.

Who this is for

Sites where an update going wrong actually costs you, orders, members, or trust. If a broken checkout or a locked-out membership area for even an hour would hurt, this is built for that. If your site is low-stakes and a weekend of downtime wouldn't matter, you probably don't need this yet.
