The Culpritly product

Culpritly is in early access. When you connect a store or membership site, the connector plugin is designed to send only what is needed to detect and explain checkout and payment breakage:

Culpritly never collects card data. It does not collect customer personal data beyond what is needed to do the job.

AI explanations

To produce AI explanations of incidents, Culpritly sends error messages, change events and the relevant public plugin code (such as changelogs and code differences between versions published on WordPress.org) to an AI provider for analysis. No payment card data and no customer personal data is sent. Which provider is used and how that data is handled will be detailed in the full product privacy policy.

A full product privacy policy and data processing terms will be published before the product leaves early access.
